What ASTM F2413 means
ASTM F2413 is the US standard for protective-toe footwear. The common rating, I/75 C/75, covers impact and compression protection for the toe. It doesn't cover the top of the foot, which needs a metatarsal guard rating, and it doesn't make the sole puncture-proof unless a PR rating is listed. Always check the label inside the boot, not just the product title.
